Havent been on lately but need to say: I HATE clomid
I will never go on this friggin medicine again. I am SO done w/ it.
I tried it for 4 mons, got PG on 3rd try (ended in mc) and used it again after m/c.
Ive gained 5 lbs and have the worlds biggest and most painful zits. The headaches were HORRENDOUS and my moods were insane.
This drug SUXXXXX.
Im not even TTC right now and i am STILL dealing w. the damn aftermath of this medicine.

So far I only used if for one cylce and have had no side effects (maybe increased appetite). So my question is, did you have these side effects right away, or after a few cylces on the medication?

I'm sorry I'm on it too, it is not fun. I was saying to DH last night, I wish I could at least control the hot flashes.

I know the feeling.....I only had to take it 1 month this time but then had a m/c. Not looking forward to starting it again, but the end result is worth it.
<---- end result fo taking it for 4 cycles in '06

I only needed one cycle and I had no side effects, except for minor headaches....it worked for me so I have no complaints

I am sorry you are dealing with this. I did 2 cycles of Clomid and had horrible side effects. I stopped using it because I couldn't deal with the side effects anymore. The side effects did go away when AF arrived each time I was on it. Hang in there, it will get better. Also, there are other fertility treatment options.

I'm on it too, but only get hot flashes and the pimples. The hot flashes are bad though, i wake up in a sweat and am covering/uncovering myself all night. And your right, they don't stop after taking them, I think you have to wait a cycle to get it out of your system.
