My spot on the couch. It has my ass print perfectly set in it. I love it when I’m in my comfy pjs, grab my big fleece blanket (my house is set on meat locker) and plop right down. Big soft fluffy cushions and pillows. Then each dog finds their spot in my lap and by my side.

Same here with the A/C. I could keep dead bodies frozen solid in here. LOL I hate to be hot, I like the house ice cold and then like you, cozy up under a blanket.

It’s heaven!
There are so many blankets everywhere lol DH is always running hot and these days with my flashes, I welcome the Cold

I am no better in the winter either! lol Our heat is set to 64 during the day and 62 at night. I hate a hot house no matter the season. lol

64/62 degrees is very cold. DH insists on keeping it at 68 degrees and everyone who visits me complains it is too cold.

My favorite room is my kitchen, specifically my kitchen table. I use it to serf the internet, do my office work, homework with the kids. If you need to find me, that is where I am 90% of the time.

I hate to feel warmth. I'd rather the house be cold and then cozy up under a blanket or wear a comfy sweatshirt to stay warm.

For sleeping, the colder the better. Chat Icon

I hate that when people say, oh just put a sweater on. Why would I want to do that when I waited all year long for warmer weather?

I detest warm weather and hate a hot house. Counting the days until fall. Chat Icon

Do you tell new friends before they come to your house that it's that cold and they should bring a sweater?

No, I don't.

If someone knows they get easily cold, especially in AC, they should travel with a sweater. Similarly, because I'm always warm I tend to dress lighter when I go to other people's houses because I know most people keep their homes warmer than mine.

How would they know to bring one of you don’t alert them? I can see like a catering hall but someone’s home? I would never think to take something in the middle of the summer.

Yeah I wouldn’t bring a sweater in the summer but I would be really uncomfortable in a house at 64 degrees. I would insist on hanging out outside or else I would make a very early exit.

I'd be super uncomfortable in a house with an AC set in the 70s. Nobody will ever make everyone happy. Chat Icon

Very true. You would sweat in my house. My living room one is 70/71 as it can get very cold. Bedroom which is smaller is 69/70. Only one kid has an ac and it has no number but it is like the Tundra in there many days lol

Frozen tundra sounds perfect! Chat Icon
