I changed everything. Even my PE license. I actually kept my maiden name as my middle name and show it all on my license because then its easier to back track to my degrees in my maiden name.
DMV told me I would have to go to court to make my maiden name my middle name.  SS let me do it no problem.
Oh, same here... I just ended up telling the DMV lady after an hour of back and forth to just leave my middle name off my license and I was out of there 5 minutes later. (When I talk of license in my above post, I am referring to my PE licesnse, my professional engineers license for work).

my personal checking still has my maiden name on it. the only reason is that i have never gotten down to my bank and changed it.

my maiden name is what is known to my clients so only for work purposes do i keep everything in my maiden name (letterhead, business cards, etc). but everything else is in my married name.

My car loan and student loans are in my maiden name. Other than that, everything else had my maiden name and married last name on them.

Everything is in my "maiden" name. I didn't change it legally. Actually, I think DH is going to become Mr. [my last name] because that's what he keeps getting called

My student loans are still in my maiden name- but not by choice- I have called to have it changed so many times- it just never changes...
I think they might have hyphened it if anything...

Everything is in my maiden name. I didn't change my name. When more men start changing their "maiden" names then I might think about changing my name, but until then- nope.
My SIL's DH changed his name to hers. She was pregnant when they got married and decided she wanted the baby to have her last name...and he wanted to have the same last name as their child.
The only thing that I think is odd is she goes by Mrs Devine. She isn't really Mrs Devine since she was MS Devine, but whatever, its their lives.

Everything has my maiden name except for my social security and I have yet to receive that since I just changed my name a week ago after being married for 4 years. I decided to change my name since we're expecting our second child and my DH was not happy that in the hospital the baby goes by whatever the mother's last name is. So with our first child, he was refered to as Baby "my maiden name". DH was really not happy at all.

Everything is changed BUT my students still call me by my maiden name and I will not change that.
Dh is fine with it.
