I eat a banana in my car on my way then breakfast at work. What I have varies-oatmeal, waffles, dry cereal, scrambled eggs.

When I do, I pick up a buttered pretzel for the bakery in the train station. I sometimes bring a banana for a mid-morning snack.
I'd like to bring in a hard boiled egg, but I'm afraid it will smell. Those that do that, do your office mates get annoyed by the smell?

I eat the same thing every morning at work - yogurt, baby carrots, and handful of almonds. Sometimes I eat a banana if I've run out of almonds.

Oatmeal at my desk sometimes but usually I eat at home in the morning with my boyfriend and my son... Before we all leave for the day. It's nice to eat together.

I'm lucky, we have a cafe in my building so my breakfast life is easy and diverse. There is a breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, hash browns, ham, sausage, pancakes, etc.), an omelet station, a waffle station, a bagel bar, an oatmeal bar, parfaits, yogurt, fruit salad, starbucks, cereal, etc. You can basically get anything lol.

I have sort of the same situation, except mine is 2 blocks away in another building and I'm generally too lazy to walk over there. They seriously have everything, even a daily special, which can be some type of benedict, chicken and waffles, etc. The food is dirt cheap too. And don't even get me started on how good lunch is- also dirt cheap, but again the laziness issue!

cereal & banana
fruit
steel cut oatmeal with maple syrup
slices of ham rolled up & a cheese stick (when low carbing it)
and sometimes just a big fat coffee (not good, I know).

2 soft boiled eggs I bring from home and then yogurt and fruit a little later in the morning.
I find I do better with protein for breakfast, keeps me fuller longer.
I can't eat at home - I have a 60-90 minute bus commute and get queasy if I eat anything.

It really doesn't make a mess- it's pretty neat and compact. It won't smoke unless something drips on the grill plates. You can probably use it at work if you keep an eye on it, I don't see why not.
can i just crack an egg in it? or do i need to scramble it in a bowl? lol sorry!!

I also have an Amy's burrito pretty much every single day for lunch. I'm a routine eater!

I used to eat breakfast at work all the time. I often would run out to Starbucks or Paul. Some days I would bring fruit, bagel or toast from home. Office had a toaster.
I am not an oatmeal fan but a lot of my coworkers would eat oatmeal or cereal at the office.
