Do you eat breakfast at work
If you eat breakfast at work what do you eat? I'm at work very early every morning and eat at my desk but I feel like my choices are running dry.

Do you eat breakfast at work
I change it up. Sometimes I'll bring cereal. Lately I have been making a smoothie at home and then drink it after I get to work. I have also made an egg quiche on Sunday, and then bring a slice with me to work each morning.

Every morning. In fact, I'm eating cereal at my desk right now.

Re: Do you eat breakfast at work
Depends on the day. My job provides milk in the fridge so I always keep a box of cereal at my desk as a back-up. This week I'm eating TJ's "A pumpkin walks into a bar" pumpkin cereal bars & a banana each morning. I've also done smoothies (make at home, drink when I get here), toast, fruit, and eggs (made large omelet and portioned it out for three days).

Re: Do you eat breakfast at work
I eat my second breakfast at work. I'm like a hobbit.
But I work 10-6 and my lunch isn't until around 1:30 or 2. I can't last that long without food. I can't last an hour and a half without food sometimes.
I eat: Yogurt Cold oatmeal (oats soaked in soy milk with fruit) Hot oatmeal Fruit and cheese Homemade granola/homemade granola bars Occasionally I'll grab a croissant or breakfast bar from the coffee place I frequent. If I'm hungover, eggandcheeseonarollwithhotsauce and cawfee.

Re: Do you eat breakfast at work
You guys that do omelettes or eggs on English muffins- I've always wanted to do that (because CLEARLY from my list above I'm lacking in the breakfast food department haha) - do they reheat well? I haven't tried it because one of my biggest pet peeves is wasting food and I'm afraid it won't reheat well.

Re: Do you eat breakfast at work
I bring all of my food to work. I am allergic to eggs so breakfast at work is usually any of these:
Plain nonfat yogurt with granola and fresh fruit
Homemade oatmeal with a combo of fresh or dried fruit and nuts (also add maple syrup and flax)
Nonfat Yogurt and frozen fruit smoothie made at home and brought to work in a mason jar (add raw honey and flax)

Re: Do you eat breakfast at work
Everyday. I either bring cereal with almond milk or I make an egg white with some fruit on the side and re-heat it once I'm here.

We have this little gadget that makes homemade egg mucmuffins- cooks the eggs, toasts the muffin, all in one stop. DH is a kitchen gadget freak and buys these things...
But it does make it SUPER hot. Like so hot you can't eat it right away. I wrap it in tin foil and by the time I eat it- say an hour later- it's still warm enough to eat without reheating

my boyfriends brother got me this ( i dont know why ) he keeps asking if Ive used it and I feel bad. Is it something I can bring to work and make quietly without a mess? I work alone but dont want to make a huge mess or have it smoke up the office since I dont have any windows.

It really doesn't make a mess- it's pretty neat and compact. It won't smoke unless something drips on the grill plates. You can probably use it at work if you keep an eye on it, I don't see why not.
