Yes, Centereach house is sold 
We are moving to Smithtown. its only 15 minutes away from where we live now but the house and property are much bigger.

(i had my twins and closed within 2 weeks.....we got the closing pushed back b/c they wanted to do it while i was in the hospital!)

DH and I are SO happy for you and your family.
These are all good things -- even the mini-van. Would you have thought two-three years ago that you'd already have a family large enough for a mini-van?

My closing date and schedule c-section date are the SAME DAY! Obviously thats not happening!

Hahaha....why you can't do those 2 things the same day? They called me to close the day i was admitted to the hospital for mointoring!! My lawyer was able to push it back a little but.....and luckily the sellers were understanding.

That's SO exciting! We closed on our house when DD was about 10 days old!  And I hope you love the minivans...we got ours in January and I LOOOOOOVE it!
