I eat cold cuts once or twice a week
I drink diet soda
I have a cup of coffee daily
I don't drink enough water
I have had wine and beer during my second and third trimesters as well as an irish creme on St. Patricks Day
All in moderation and with an okay from my doctor.
But I did....
Quit smoking as soon as I got my BFP
Cut down on my consumption of coffee and soda.
You need to do what you feel is best for you. My baby is perfectly healthy and with only 3 weeks to go, I have had a non-eventful and healthy pregnancy.

I've had 2-3 glasses of wine (spread out over different occasions though ) and I've had sips of DH's beer here and there
I've had the occassional diet coke
Even though I've been really strict with the no cold cuts thing, last week I caved and had a bite of a turkey wrap 
I sometimes forget to take my prenatal
I never remember to do Kegels until somebody mentions them

Oh, where do I even begin??
I have 1 can of diet pepsi at least 3 times a week
Since I hit the 3rd trimester the days I remember to take my vitamins are miracle days
I've had tuna a few times and the more I think about how yummy it was the more I think I'll be eating it for dinner tonight!
I eat a Greek Wrap weekly
I live off carbs
I've had smoked salmon 3 times during the pregnancy
I think that's it. And thus far I have been told I am having nothing but a normal pregnancy

I mean...like drink beer, wine, eat tuna....aren't they all big no no's??
Oduls still contains Alcohol... Contains Less Than 0.5% Alcohol by Volume,
I do not think she did ANYTHING wrong and I say "judge not"
My doctor said a glass of wine here or there was totally fine. I prob drank about 4 glasses during my 3rd trimester and DD is perfect and healthy.....
and BTW - tuna is FINE IN MODERATION

-I have been taking allergy medicine because I am suffering so bad
-I drink coffee, not daily, maybe every other day (which is better than the 2 or 3 cups daily I used to drink)
-I drink diet coke (maybe 8oz w/dinner)
-I had an O'Douls one night

1. I dont drink hardly any water at all. Just watered down juice and watery iced tea which I crave.
2. I dont take my prenatals every night
3. I eat tuna occassionally
4. I dont eat veggies or enough fruit
5. I sleep on my stomach sometimes
6. I have had 2-4 sips of wine and champagne since being preggo

There was some wine in our fondue the other night (probably most or even all of the alcohol cooked off though).

I'm fairly good about the food/drink thing... I get all of the good foods (fruits, veggies meat), drink lots of water, and I avoid all the stuff I should....... however:
1) I think I've forgotten to take my vitamins a couple times (I can't remember  )
2) I feel so exhausted in the evening that I haven't flossed nearly as much as I used to...... A couple times I even forgotten to brush my teeth at night!
3) More on poor tooth health: I sometimes drink sweetened (decaf) ice tea in the middle of the night.....
My bad habits have me worried about that preggo gingivitis that we're prone to I really need to straighten out! (I did at least go to the dentist a couple months ago)
