I think it was around 3-4 months...but my DD was always a great night sleeper and a terrible napper.

DD is almost 9 months old and she takes either 2 or 3 a day. She's a great night sleeper but the naps are tough. I think she's ready for 2 but I'm not sure how to schedule them in.
