If your DC takes 2 naps per day
What time is the second nap?
DDs go in their cribs at 1:45 - they play, they jump up and down, they talk, they poop, they cry - now it's about 2:15, I go in and change their diapers and before you know it they're back up at 3:30 - MAYBE 3:45 - what am I doing wrong? 
They don't even seem tired before this so I don't think I'm missing the tired signs. Maybe I need to go to 1 nap?

Gianna still takes 2 naps. Her first nap is within 2-3 hours of waking up in the am.
Her second is after lunch prob around 1:30-2:30 i put her down, sometimes later, depending on her moods.
The afternoon nap is usually a short nap though.
Some days she'll take one big nap and skip the afternoon one.
She always plays in her crib for 10-15 min before going to sleep too

Hannah takes 2 naps as well
She's up around 6:30 - 7.
Nap around 10am - usually 1/2 hour - 1 hour
Nap around 2 - usually 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
At daycare she takes 3 40 minute naps
usually...
9:30 - 10:10
1 - 1:40
4 - 4:40

Bryan takes 2-3 naps.
Nap 1: 11:11:30
Nap 2: I put him in around 1:15 and he will FINALLY doze off around 1:30-1:45.
Sleeps until around 3.
Sometimes he will take a 3rd nap around 5:30-6. All depending on his mood.

He wakes up around 6-7, 1st nap around 9:30 and can last for 2 hours, 2nd nap around 2:30/3:00 and lasts about an hour
at school he naps 1.5 hours from 12:30-2

If Ellie takes 2 naps it's usually 10:30 or 11 til noon or 12:30 and then again at like 3:00 or 3:30 til she wakes up which can be anywhere from 4:00 to 5:00 depending on when she fell asleep. THey're usually an hour and a half each.
