I think I need to get rid of the 2 naps/day
I notice alot of our sleeping problems happen on nights hes had a 2nd nap OR a nap after 1pm....
The past few nights- if he goes down to bed- nice and easy- he stays in his bed... but nights like tonight- where all he wants to do is play- well... I can tell you now- its gonna be a rough night- and he will be meeting me in the middle of my bed tonight
I either need to get rid of nap # 2- or make sure he goes down by 1 and is up no later than 3...
Erghhhh- how do I do that?

Both of my boys just gave up a nap on their own. My 1st DS did it at 12m and my 2nd did it at 14m. He may soon decide that one *good* nap is enough.

My DD is 15 months old and we're down to one long nap a day. She usually goes down early afternoon (around 12:30-1:00 pm) and sleeps until around 3:00-4:00. It kind of cuts into our day, but, I try to get her out in the mornings so she's nice and ready to sleep.
