Yes Beth was nice enough to point it out to me. That house looks like it needs some work, no garage, and it sits inbetween two somewhat busy roads (even though it is on a side street).
So it's priced accordingly.

We were VERY lucky and sold our house without an agent in 8 days! So houses ARE selling!
