are babies always unhappy when they poop?

DD gets so unhappy (usually cries and face turns bright red) when she poops, but it usually looks fine when I change her and she goes at least 1x per day...are all babies really unhappy when they poop or might something be bothering DD?

DD only poops once every 3 days or so, but she's never unhappy when she does it. She usually likes to poop while she's eating and looks super happy right after.

I think all babies are different. But this will also bump your post so you get more opinions/stories.
