Nope!!! This month is cycle 17 for me! I just created this screenname once I entered the world of infertility, but I've been here since April '09.
In some ways, it's comforting to see "familiar" faces (screennames) here right along with me. While I wish each and every one of you a sticky BFP, there's comfort in knowing I'm not alone in this journey. We'll get there, we will ...

Never in a million years could have imagined how hard this would be.
Its even gotten to the point where as much as I want to answer newbie's posts, sometimes I just don't have the energy when the answers have been posted on this board so many times in the past. I feel terrible to say that, but its the honest truth.
This is exactly how I feel most of the time too.
I have to admit though, I am deeply comforted by this post. Even though I hope we ALL get our BFP's very soon, it's nice to know that I'm not alone.

I'm just shy of the one year mark too, although I don't post as often as I did at the beginning. It does s u c k, but I can't fault girls who are excited for their BFP....my time just hasn't arrived yet and that's what keeps me motivated to keep trying, and now my Dr is running tests and we'll see what happens.

yes the revolving door on this board is so bad that i dont come here that much anymore. feel more comfortable on the infertility board. i still post when i can be helpful to someone, or cheer them on, but otherwise its hard to see people come here and get a BFP in five minutes after  once not even knowing when they ovulate. i am thrilled that others dont have to think about it like i do, but im ashamed to say i am also insanely jealous  
I'm still here. This is month 13. I feel the same way as FlowerWife. It's hard to come to this board sometimes.
MrsDevito I was actually thinking of you the other day.

Still here. I agree with a lot of the pp. I would like to be happy for the BFP's, but inside it stings and I get insanely jealous. I have progressed to the IF board, which was hard in itself. To see it and read it Infertility, was horrible. But I pray that we all get our BFP's soon.

I'm relatively new to the boards, but certainly not new on TTC. If I don't get a BFP this month, than I'm onto month 14 of TTC.
I actually feel more comfortable on the infertility board since that seems to be more "geared" to my issues.

I was here before you- if that makes you feel any better. I don't post much but we've been TTC for almost 2 years. Many prayers for you that you get your BFP soon! I definitely know what you mean about being disheartened.

I went for my pre-TTC checkup in June 2009. Then chickened out for a few months and began TTC'ing in the fall. I had a M/C in 2010 and then DH got into a terrible accident and was hospitalized and this is only our 3rd cycle since starting to TTC again after his recovery. He is still in physical therapy so we cant like crazy.
I had a different name pre M/C.
My one year is approaching and even though I havent been able to try every cycle due to M/C and accident it is still so frustrating. All this time was wasted so we never were able to try long enough consecutively (spelling??) to know if we have any fertility issues. My DH is also on meds since the accident which the dr said could hurt our chances.
I can only imagine how hard it is to be on this board for many many months and hit the 1 year mark. I really hope the seniors are next in line to get their BFP because they deserve it the most. Good luck to everyone else too!!

Thank you all so much for responding. As terrible as it is that we are all still here it is definitely comforting to know I'm not alone.

We stopped using protection 4/08, officially started trying (opks) 1/09, it is now 8/10, so techinically i guess im on month 28? Not one BFP, sigh

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I know it is of no consolation, but I was in tears reading your posts. There really is just no way of explaining or understanding why these things happen to good people. I wish I could say something more helpful than that, but I just don't get it myself.
