At least you don't love the house otehrwise, amkes things a lot easier. Also good thing you checked it out so now you won't have to wonder about it!

NO WAY!!!!! I get way to freaked out about things like that. Especially since you both felt like someone was watching you down in the basement.

I don't think I could buy it. I get spooked very easily - I can barely handle being home alone late at night the way it is.
BTW, I always thought that there was a law that the real estate agent had to disclose any murders that occurred in a home (at least in some states - not sure about NY). Maybe that doesn't apply to suicides or other types of deaths.
