Right now I am trying to finish off bottle of Geritol, but een when I was taking OTC I would take it with breakfast. I think when I was PG with DD I would take it at night, btu can't be sure.

I was taking them in the morning with breakfast but found that they hurt my stomach and switched to after dinner/before bed and it seems to work much better for me!
