Anyone have problems taking their Pre-Natal Vitamins?
I was taking Pre-Natal even before I conceived. At about 6 Weeks morning sickness kicked in and it started getting harder and harder to take them. For the past week I have been taking Flinestone Vitamins instead, because I just throw up when I take a Pre-Natal. The doctor told me that it was okay. I feel so guilty because I had been so good with the Pre-Natals. Also, if anyone else is taking flinestone vitamins, do you usually take one or two at a time?

Have you tried taking your pre-natals right when you're going to bed? That's what helped me.

Don't feel guilty! I had to stop taking them all together!
You only need to take 1 flintstone at a time.

It has nothing to do with getting nauseous after I take one, it has to do with getting nauseous while I actually swallow it. It is all in my head, but I can't help it. I'm usually running to the bathroom minutes later. My gag reflex is crazy.

Yes. I actually now have to take a Gummi Vitamin with a sub-lingual melting Folic Acid supplement. Thank goodness it is working!
