Keep in mind what min wage and is before/after taxes and go from there. Its going up to like $13 in Jan.
Id say $55 is perfect for what you described.
Depends on where you live. $12 on LI. $15 an hour in NYC if the company employs more than 11 people

Tipped food service workers is $7.50 an hour. Is your daughter a server?
Its a bagel shop counter in NYC so she isn’t considered a server. Not sure how many employees
