Going rate fir babysitters
So what do babysitters normally charge these days? My mom usually watches DD but I have someone that I know that is interested in case I need a back up. She's 21 and would be traveling from mineola to Massapequa. She charges 10 an hour. Is that reasonable? I have no clue, lol

I just found a babysitter last week and she charges $12 for my one DD. She's 22 y/o.

$10 is cheap. I pay $15-20 for 2 kids. We like to use our preschool teachers and the demand is high. You need to pay more because you are in competition with other families.
