yeast infection?? diaper area or neck
Anyone's child get this? is so what did u do to help it??

My DD just got over this in the diaper area. After a week of trying my own remedies, I brought her to the pediatrician, they gave her a cream (Nystatin) and it cleared it up within a few days!

A few months ago my dd had a yeast infection in the diaper area and my ped said to use lotramin cream...it took a few days but it worked

My ds got a yeast rash. I tried everything but I couldnt get rid of it on my own. My ped gave me nystatin and it worked.

This is what my daughters ped recommended and it worked great for us too.

Yes, nystatin given for both neck & diaper. We tried everything else before they diagnosed it as yeast. Poor baby had a bright red rash for 2 months straight but it's been gone ever since the nyastin!!

yup bad ones.. had to get a Rx for some cream.. can't remember what it was called so long ago.

DD has red bumps all in her diaper area. I tried diaper rash cream for a few days and it didn't clear up so I took her to the ped yesterday. She gave a prescription for nystatin. Said it's a yeast rash.

I mixed 25-30 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract liquid (found in health food stores - I got mine at Sherry's in Babylon) with about 1-1 1/2 cups water in a Harmon spray bottle.
Sprayed on her with each change. Rash improved exponentially overnight and was completely gone within 2 days.
It is a MIRACLE spray.
I also didn't use wipes for pee pee diapers.
Bonus if you yourself gets yeast infections - it will work for you too.

DD has been sleeping for really long stretches and the moisture caused a fungal rash. Doctor prescribed some cream. Keeps lots of cream and desitin on it and frequent diaper changes. Keeps the neck nice and dry.

DS had that when he was about 4 months old. In both his neck folds and his bottom. It was awful. We were prescribed Nystatin cream and it worked amazingly!
