my DH hastily installed the car seat before the hurricane, just in case the rumors of a drop in barometric pressure causing labor thing was true. we still need to get it inspected though, i'll be 36 wks on sat.

Not due til the end of Feb and not sure when my shower is, but I like things done early so I think well prob do it sooner rather than later.

I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and still haven't done it. It would've been in earlier if not for the hurricane.

We just installed ours and had an inspection last week - 32 weeks.
If you plan on getting it inspected, plan ahead, many of the places we tried to contact only do appts once per month.

i start a preparation for child birth class at LIJ and November...its a three week long thing. I hope that i will be able to make an appt with them while i am there for the class...which means i will have it installed around week 32.
