Wood Expanding on Interior Door
Each summer, our wooden bathroom door expands from the humidity. I guess it's been extra bad this year because the door won't stay shut. We like to keep it closed at all times because our cats unravel the toilet paper and run around the house with it. I also have a fear of one of them falling in the toilet (We keep both seats down ALWAYS...but I'm still paranoid that they will somehow open it), so leaving the door open isn't an option.
Aside from keeping the AC running all day and night, is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Sand the door down so it's a little bit smaller. The latch will still catch in the winter, but it won't swell past the door frame in the summer. I had to do that for a couple of my doors.
