Kitchen, and finish the paver patio. Hopefully make a lot of progress on the retaining walls and sidewalks at the front of the house as well.

I have a list 
CAC
front portoco
painting all moldings white and replacing natural wooden doors
redo laundry room to turn it into laundry/mud room, pantry
in the future
Kitchen
Upstairs bath
take out wall between 4th bedroom and master to make a master suite adding bathroom

Right now its just the nursery, decor stuff around the house and my office.
Hopefully in the next year or two we will dormer the 2nd floor and expand the 1st floor, redo the kitchen and finish off the basement.

it's a toss up between the basement and the backyard. I think the basement is going to win though. Neither are happening anytime soon though.

we are currently doing our only bathroom and
it's been.......stressful
after that, we need to come up with 10,000 to fix our roof so that we can finish our second floor

We are converting our garage into a playroom and knocking down the wall between our living room and office (both small rooms) to make 1 big room.
I can't wait to have more space!

We are broke from the kitchen re-model.. but if we ever recover (and if I EVER get back to work) we will work on the bathrooms next.

Until we sell our co op in long beach our list is going to stand still but I have a list
-convert to gas
-bathroom on mainfloor
-redo deck
-and way down the line...the kitchen

We'll do the gutters. We really need to redo the blacktop but since that's way out of budget... at least the gutters will slow down the eating away of the blacktop.

For now we are completely done! This house has been redone from top to bottom. We just finished our master bedroom last week The last friggin room baby!!!

We finished the basement last year, this year it is finishing our attic into the master bedroom, bathroom and closets. Next year it will be the kitchen...hopefully!
We are also always working on the yard. this year we want to extend our paver patio and finish the fence.

I didn't even finish everything I wanted to do when I moved in 5 years ago, but I alreay want to start repaitn the rooms we did right away.
We are not big DIY'ers, so this weekend's paln to re-do out walk in closet is a big deal.
DH picked up the closet system yesterday & we plan to remove the old one, spackle, prime, paint (walls & ceiling) & install the new one, in 3 days. Not sure where I am going to put the stuff in teh mentime. ANd DH hurt is neck, so I may be my own for most of it, with hopefully a little help from FIL for the installation.
