CBEFM Question
I'm confused, does the monitor just know what time it is when you press the "m" button? Or will like a clock pop up and I will set what time I want my test window to be?

Re: CBEFM Question
you have to specifically press the m button at a certain time because your window will be a few hours before and a few hours after.
how long is the window? 3 hours? i can't remember? 2 hours? 6? ahh..
either way you want to press the m button at the dead center time of when you want the window to be.
so for example if you want your window to be between 6 and 8 am then you must set it at 7am.

Re: CBEFM Question
I used this and it does work.
just NEVER miss a testing day! i did that once and it messed me up for like 2 to 3 cycles afterward. it gave me O days that i didn't O for. It really messes up the machine.
after a little bit it straightened itself out.
i loved the cbefm.
are you doing deanna's plan with it? i highly recommend deanna's plan along with the CBEFM.

Re: CBEFM Question
It's a 6 hour window. So tomorrow if I press the m at 7am I will have between 4am and 10am to test. But the monitor will just know that it was 7am when I pressed it? Or will I have to set something to 7am on it?

Re: CBEFM Question
It will know it's 7 am. You have that window, but I read somewhere to try to press it as close as possible to the same time everyday.

This is true! I was away for Christmas and got stuck bc of bad weather and I didnt bring enought test strips. Its totally screwing with me this month. Im still on HF after 4 days! When normally I only get 2 days of HF followed by peak. I think I already O'd. If you dont miss a day it works.

Re: CBEFM Question
I pressed the m button yesterday, on Day 2, and then forgot to turn the monitor on today until just now. It did switch to Day 3, but does it mess it up if I don't press it in the 6-hour window?
