CBEFM Ladies...I have a question! Help!

This is my 2nd month using the CBEFM. Before that, I used CBE OPK. Last month I had Highs for like 5 days, followed by 2 Peak days. This month, I started POAS on Day 6. I got all Lows until Day 13- when I turned on my monitor, it wouldn't let me POAS! Chat Icon It was Saturday [yesterday] so I woke up later than during the week but I thought it was within my testing window. I guess not! So, it wouldn't let me test and automatically gave me a Low since my urine wasn't actually tested. On to this morning... I POAS and got a Peak! Chat Icon

My question is this: has anyone gotten a Low reading and then a Peak reading the next day? I am wondering- if I was able to POAS yesterday, would I have gotten a High reading? Or did I go from Low on Friday to Peak on Sat, therefore making today's Peak reading my second Peak? Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

The last few months DH and I have been BDing so much before OV that when my second Peak day came around poor DH was exhausted! We ended up BDing after OV had already occurred [at least that's what I think!] Chat Icon Obviously too late!Chat Icon We are trying to not BD as much this month, thinking that the sperm would be more concentrated with little swimmers... We BD'ed very late last night and I was figuring that we would do it again tomorrow [Monday] giving DH time to make lots more. Should we also BD tonight? This is month 5 for us so I really want to not screw our chances up! Thoughts?! Chat Icon

UPDATE: 2/4/08
Thanks again for your responses ladies! This morning, I got another Peak reading so I assume that Sat. would have been a High reading. No matter... DH and I BD'ed on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday... I felt a lot of cramps on my left side... hoping it was ovulation cramping! Chat Icon We're going to do another BD when I get home from work today for good measure!! Wish us luck!! And best of luck to all of you!! I almost forgot... I started getting lots of OV pain on my left side last night. I can't remember the last time that I really felt it that strongly, if at all! Here's to hoping that DH's little swimmies made it!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I never went from "low" to "peak" but I only used the CBEFM for 2 months and I got pregnant on the second month. Chat Icon However, it makes sense that since you missed your testing window on one day, you could have gone from "low" to "high" to "peak" if you had been able to actually test on that day.

If you BD'ed the same day that you received "peak" then you probably didn't miss ovulation. If you feel like BD'iing, go for it! Lots of dust for you!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

What I found out about CBFM was that it took a few months (about 2-3) for it really understand my cycle. The 2nd mth I was on it - I had 10 days of HIGH - which was really frustrating! I ended up getting pregnant on the 5th mth. BTW, I also temped - it help validate the CBFM results.

I used the CBEFM for both pregnancies. For DD I used it for a few months and it never went from low to peak. Then I started using it a few months after DD was born as birth control. On my 8th month post partum it did go from Low to peak. I BD'd on the low and that's how I ended up preggo with DSChat Icon Chat Icon Go get busy!!!!!!

I have been using it since July. Got pregnant twice with it, including the first month using it. I swear by this monitor. It really does work. I think you had the low to peak reading maybe because you missed that test in the window of time. Good luck with it. It is a great investment!

ITA. I'm on my third month using it and this month so far I've had 6 days of high reading and probably going to get my Peak in the next few days..it takes a while to get used to your body....GL!!! I usually O on my first peak day, but everyone is totally different...
