Right now I don't go into work until the afternoon so here's no need to pack lunch. However when I used to bring lunch it was usually-
a salad
wrap (turkey, cheese, lettuce, and honey mustard)
sandwich
soup

Sometimes I take frozen meals. Sometimes I make something I can take for the week like rice and beans which will last me 3 days and soups. Sometimes a sandwich. Today, last nights dinner is today's lunch...

Yes, I take my lunch to work pretty much every day. On a rare occassion I go out with coworkers. I bring all sorts of things like Chili, Soup, Sandwiches, Cold Cut Rollups (today's lunch!), Salads and always a big bag of cut up carrots for a snack.
I am glad you started this thread...I need new ideas!
ETA: Sometimes I bring a frozen meal, like a Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine, but I try to stay away from those because they are full of sodium!

yes i think i go buy lunch maybe once a month if that.
Typically soup, salads or a mini left over dish.
Ex today:
breakfast (i eat at work)
egg whites and spinach omlette (do not microwave stinks up office)
lunch:
turnips, turkey breast (3oz) and cranberries
snack:
sugar free jello

I try to several times a week to save $. Either leftovers from the night before (pasta, etc) or a sandwich. Recently I bought those "Steamers" and they are very good too.

leftovers or a lean cuisine. Sometimes we buy buffalo chicken and make sammy's.
I will aslo do a salad sometimes, lettuce, craisins or dried blueberries, goatcheese or blue cheese, sometime nuts and mandarin oranges, croutons (packed separately) and homemade dressing added right before.
we try to save some leftovers for dinner during the week if we know we will both be working late!

Always with fruit as a dessert.
I keep oatmeal in my desk, that's what I eat for breakfast. I sometimes have that for lunch too.
There's a can of tuna in my desk too, and some Kellog's protein shakes.
We have vending machines where I can get yogurt, pretzels, crackers and fresh fruit and veggie sticks.
I try to avoid the chocolate, the chips and the cakes in there.

I do. Mainly leftovers, a PBJ, veggie burger, LC, etc.
Right now I am obsessed with Arnolds Pita bread w/homemade pesto and 2 slices of Bek Gioso fresh mozzarella. So filling!!!!
