Before DC#1 I was an administrative assistant for the President/CEO of an online retail company.
When DC#1 was born we decided I would SAHM, so I will continue to SAHM once our next LO arrives.

Before DD, I was in advertising sales..loved it, never thought I'd be a SAHM...now I am, and can't imagine going back to work at this point..

I am a teacher. Considering the great hours and all the days off, I will be okay returning to work pretty soon after a baby.

i teach in nyc. i have 6 weeks of maternity leave (8 weeks if its a c-section) and then i have to return.

Me too, and if I get a BFP this cycle or next, I'll have maternity plus the whole summer home.

i work in the billing dept of a very busy doctors office. i will take my maternity and then go back to work after 6 (or 8) weeks.
i am thinking of starting a new opportunity but im not sure what i should do about that yet. that may allow me to go to part time at my current position, and be able to spend some time home with my LO.

I'm a doctor.
If all goes as planned, I will hopefully have a LO when I finish my sub-sub-specialty training and take 2 maybe 3 mo off before starting work. Unpaid
I have to go back because the loans and bills are out of this world!

I am an attorney. I am very lucky to get almost 6 months paid maternity. I will go back after that.

me too! i will say some extra prayers for all of us, because this is a great month for teachers!

I am an elementary school teacher and I didn't return once my DD was born. I have no plans to return any time soon as we're trying for more children. Maybe when they are all in school I will consider going back but for now I am thrilled to be a SAHM.
