QOTD Saturday
Hello! It's my last vacation day--we are definitely relaxed!
Here's my Q:
For those that want more than one child, how many years do you want in between kids? I know...the best laid plans, but ideally speaking.
I'll say 2 years. My brother and I are 2 years apart and we've always hung out in the same crowd. Not that there wasn't sibling rivarly, but for the most part, we were (and still are) close. I'd like that for my children.

I think I'd like them to be 4 years apart but realistically, I would probably start trying for the 2nd when the first is about 18 months because of my age and the fact that we'd like to have three children. I am almost 34 now and don't have any yet so 4 years apart is certainly too much.

Fairly close in age (no more than 3 years) but not too close. I want to really enjoy being a mom for the first time for as much as I can before having to divide my attention between two children. But you never know what will happen................

2 - 3 years. Close, but not too close. My sister and I are exactly two years apart, and we were kind of competitive as kids.

Well I have a DD who is turned 2 in January.. I wanted them to be around 2 1/2 years apart but that didn't happen so now I'm hoping that it will be no longer than 3.. That means that I have to concieve by April

Originally we thought about 2 - 3 years apart but now that we realize this is taking longer than we anticipated, we might try to have 2 closer together, then wait a little longer for a 3rd.

I would love to have them around 2 yrs apart but who knows, its seems a lot of times after you have the first before you know it you start wanting the 2nd and so on....lol I come from a big family and thats the way its been with all of my siblings

Originally we were thinking 2 years or so. But since we are having trouble getting pregnant with the first and will most likely need help. We may take the not try but not try not too get pregnant right away and see what happens
