Ecto-Cooler. I was obsessed with this stuff!

ETA: I always got excited seeing the blue tin, but it was never cookies inside. Only sewing stuff. Those pretzel shaped cookies with the sugar... YUM.

OMG these 2 yes! I forgot about them. The iced tea for sure - from the mix- and the English muffin pizzas. I sometimes crave them even now

What is it about the cookie tins that grandmas used them for sewing stuff? LOL My grandmother does the same thing!
What reminds me of being a kid are the dixie cup ice cream that was half vanilla and half chocolate and the grape gum that came in the little milk containers that looked like rocks.

Anyone drink Yoo-hoo?
When I was home sick my mom would make french bread pizza, served in front of the TV on her ironing board which was covered with a towel

Nilla wafers bring back childhood memories
Yes, the iced tea mix! Remember opening up the foil top and the iced tea dust would come wafting out and make you cough? And then you'd have to dig for the scoop? They don't give a scoop anymore.
I loved the little wooden paddle those dixie cup ice creams came with.

So true lol. My mom bought gross Lipton mix so I loved going to my neighbor's house for the good stuff!
Cinnamon toast was a big one. My grandma always made it for breakfast when I stayed over and my mom made it Christmas morning.
Saltines with peanut butter which was the standard lunch at my grandma's.
Fresh green beans always take me back to eating them straight from grandma's garden.
Potato chips with canned onion dip definitely make me feel like a kid again.

4C iced tea mix! My mom would yell at us because we'd make individual servings in a cup with an inch of the powder mix at the bottom
Kool-aid, Tang, Country Time, and Sunny-D also take me back.

Pastina is tiny pasta, usually star-shaped, made with either butter, chicken bouillion, or tomato sauce and a ton of parm cheese on top.
I loved Yoohoo! Do they still sell them in the little glass bottles?
Lol @ ironing board, sounds like something my mom would do

I so remember digging the scoop out. My mom would get so mad when someone drank the last of it and left the empty pitcher in the fridge!
I have a weird memory of my parents putting the whole leftover thanksgiving turkey in the fridge too, covered in foil, then just digging at it with a fork whenever they were hungry. Did anyone else's parents do that?

she was able to lower the board down to our level when sitting on the coach. Apparently we had no folding tables like NORMAL people haha
