I think now would be a good time to introduce a lovey if you're into that.
That way if she wakes during the night and she's not really hungry she may be able to soothe herself back to sleep with a lovey.
I didn't do CIO until my DD was a little older and eating more solids. So if I were in your shoes, I'd prob keep feeding her the middle of the night bottle... Esp if she goes right back to sleep.

from what your describing it sounds like she is still hungry. I would feed her. She's still so little.
