sugarless gum?
Can we chew sugarless gum? I know it has artificial sweeteners and stuff in it.

Same. Do you know how hard it is to find gum that's not sugarfree? VERY!! I chew either juicy fruit or big red.
FYI big red has an artificial sweetner in it even tho its not considered sugar free (its aspartame) ... I believe juicy fruit is the same but I haven't checked in a while

I had NOOOO idea!!!
I still chew it, but I thought I'd let you know  I hate that they sneak that crap into everything ya know?? Even splenda (sucralose)...in cereals and whatnot and they don't always put it on the front of the box

My dietician for my GD with last pregnancy had me eating Lite and fit yogurt which is made with splenda, she said it was okay to eat.

all dr's vary...some approve sucralose and some dont. Mine is heavily against all artificial sweetners!! I still eat some but i limit it.
