Does anyone chew sugarless gum

I know it has artifical sweetners in it and we arent supposed to have those but every once in a while I just have to have a piece (and I do)
Is it really that bad? I mean if I have 1 pieces per week that is a lot.
Or should I just take the chance and get a mouthful of cavities from some Hubba-Bubba?

I chew Orbit (usually chew at least a piece a day) and it does have artificial sweeteners in it...I never thought to check it, and I was so upset when I realized it only a few weeks ago. I asked my doctor, he said not to worry at all, it's such a small amount. I've tried not having any, but after lunch at work, gotta get rid of the garlic, you know?

I chew orbit or Trident, there's so little artificial sweetner in there, don't worry.
I have at least 1 piece everyday. Keeps me away from eating fattening temptations like donuts, ice cream, chocolate, ring dings

I have a peice of trident every once in a while. For some reason I feel worse having splenda (and they say thats aloud). I've only had like 2 packets of splenda this whole preganancy (once when we ran out of sugar at work and I needed a coffee!)

I chew Orbit everyday...the amount of artificial sweetener that is in it will not do your baby any harm...
