sugarless gum
I keep reading online that it is ok to ace sugarless gum while PG. But they all have aspartame. I read mixed reviews on aspartame. Is chewing sugarless gum bad?

personally, I wouldn't chew it - I try to avoid anything with artificial sweetners in it.
I'm sure in moderation it is fine.

I was told by my Dr. that I should try to avoid it (not just aspartame but all artificial sweetners)...even the little bit in gum. He said there's not enough studies done to rule out it doing any kind of harm.

It's really a personal choice. I chew it. it's such a small amount. Plus my Dr said artifical sweetners in moderation is ok.
