Question re: BC and irregular periods
I've been on the pill for 9 years. Prior to that, I always had irregular periods (every 5.5 - 7.5 weeks). When I go off the pill, will my cycles likely be irregular as they were 9 years ago? I know it may take a while to regulate, but I wondered if anyone who was irregular prior to using BC became regular after going off it. TIA.

Before I went on the pill I had irregular periods. I was on the pill for 15 years. After I ent off, it took maybe about 3 months and from that point on, My cycles were regular. Each person is different.

Mine were irregular before and are irregular after. All depends on the person.

Definitely depends on the person. I was pretty regular before the pill. Once I stopped, it only took a few months for my body to regulate itself.
