Romantic Restaurants for Anniversary
Looking for some suggestions. Not sure if we want to break the bank as this is a big one but we are going away for our anniversary also. Just something on the actual day.

Sempre Vivolo in Hauppauge is romantic. Old school Italian place, dark and cozy, waiters in suits. Price wise I'd say it's average for a decent restaurant
Arlo Kitchen and Bar in Northport is my new go to for special occasions. It's beautiful with excellent food and impeccable service. But it's a splurge so if you aren't looking to break the bank, it might be a little pricey
I haven't been but I hear the Lake House in Bayshore is nice and romantic too

Thanks. I have only been to Sempre Vivolo and thought it was good and averaged priced.
Yeah, I priced out Tellers as one place just for S&G's and yeah that would be like $250. I am sure it is great but to drop that amount of money is crazy since we already have a vacation planned. If we didn't then maybe.

Maybe it's just me but I find these steak houses way overpriced. The best meals I have had have never been in a fancy steak house. But you pay through the nose. I also don't really eat steak so there is that.

I eat it occasionally out but not enough to spend $50-$60 in the low range for just myself.
I have been spoiled by cruises that I can get expensive food for so much less than on land.

Oh and my dh is NOT adventurous with food. Many of these menus have maybe 1 thing he would eat. Not really far for me to choose something that he wouldn't even have a choice of different things.

A couple of places that I like that are I think are reasonable and can have a romantic feel...Orto's - you can bring your own wine and they have a prix fix option. Ask for a romantic table as there are a couple that are tucked away.
I also like Ruvo and they have a table in the back that is quiet and can be romantic with the window seat.
I also like La Plage
