Nautical Mile in Freeport comes to mind.
Or City Island.
Maybe somewhere in LB, near the water? HTH

Prime in Huntington!!
Awesome food and a great outdoor deck that over looks the water -- you can sit out on it and eat dinner.
If you want to keep it very budget-friendly but nice you can try Upper Deck in Port Jeff -- the top deck looks out on the water and the seafood there is great and reasonable. Fifth Season in Port Jeff is also nice and they have a small outdoor area.
My #1 pick is Prime though!!
