Need a NICE and ROMANTIC with GREAT food for anniversary!
We went to Ruth Chris, Mim's, Vincent, Cool Fish.
I am not looking for something too casual. I am not looking for gigantic portion.
Just a very nice restaurant that is not too loud and with great food.
Preferably within 20-25 minutes of Hicksville/Levittown area.

You could try:
H2O, Prime-you can sit outside at both...Prime is more of a "party" atmosphere.
Cassis is a french bistro in Huntington, Besito also is dim and sort of romantic

I suggest the Palm Court Restaurant in The Carltun. We got married there and like to go back every year for our anniversary. Food is always excellent, service is great and they don't rush you.

I've been to Boccaccio in Hicksville a few times. Food has always been fantastic.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend The Country House in Stony Brook. If you want romance and great food, this is your place!
