What favor did you get at the last wedding you attended?

Last wedding was tea, which I loved.

We've been to ones with donations, mini flash drives, mini Mason jars with liquor... Edible ones are always a favorite. I don't mind wine toppers either.

We gave out Lenox vases....other useful ones that we have received: pasta serving bowl, oil and vinegar caddy, ice cream scoop, wine opener, scissors (couple was a barber and hair stylist), scratch offs (unique but appreciated)

Last two were beer coozies and shot glasses. I actually use both, although one couple is actually divorced

Beer coozies! It was a beach wedding so it fit the day and dh uses them all the time.

coasters.....and I use them...they are pretty and we are big coaster users..

I did the donation favor at my wedding and I also gave out truffles in little organza bags with a tag attached explaining where we donated and why...

I got a set of beautiful white soup bowls. Use them all the time. I gave (4) pastel colored ice cream bowls and people still tell me it's the best favor they ever received.

The last wedding we attended was for a couple who we met via the Pearl Jam tour circuit.

They met because of a love of the band.

They gave out mini jars of jam, a small nod to the band

ETA: the jam is delicious! They left them all in a basket on a table so you could pick out your favorite flavor.

the groom made home made beer, opened, tasted, tossed it, terrible

I agree, most are a waste of $$

chocolate which had a funny taste, and coco mix in a jar, also had a funny taste, but love the jar

Donation- the whole wedding was very cheap, so it seemed like a cop out and I suspect they probably donated $50 just to save a buck.

I gave out ornaments (place card holders) and comes of hot chocolate (winter wedding).

I like edible favors. I like magnets and bottle openers too. My brother and sil gave out keys that were bottle openers- pretty and practical!

I've been to about 2 dozen weddings over the past 2 years and I can hardly remember! Something edible or alcoholic is usually best.

For my wedding we did martini glasses filled with pink m&ms and the ribbon had our name and wedding date, we figured u was something people would use again and who doesn't like m&ms? Lol

No favor at last wedding. It was out of state, so maybe that's why.

ETA: maybe the escort card holder was the favor. We didn't take it because it seemed like no one else was.

Nothing. It was 1 bottle,stop per couple but the people next to me wanted both.

Nothing. They did a photo booth instead of favors. We all got magnetic frames for the photo print outs so we could hang them on our fridge.
They had their name and wedding date printed on the magnetic frames

The last wedding I went to they gave out caramel apples which was cute and fit the overall fall theme. I hear they were good but I'm allergic to apples so I couldn't say either way!

The last two weddings gave out candy. One of them also gave out sunglasses and fans because the wedding was outside.

At out wedding we did a donation to Little Shelter and also gave cookies with pics of our animals on them.

photo booth pics with frames. I actually do have mine displayed.

12 years ago at our wedding we did Win for Life scratch off tickets (had a little poem attached).. it was a hit a few people won a couple of bucks. We also did the Jordan almonds .. expected by the older guests on my husbands side (Italian)

Last weeding we received two or 4 delicious macaroons from a NYC bakery (the best I've ever tasted) and a charity donation. The wedding before that 2 espresso cups with saucers that I've tossed. Before that a pretty decorative tray dish from Peter Andrews that I do use.
