what is the latest a wedding has ever ended that you attended?
I have a wedidng next Friday that goes until 230 am.
730 cermony
8=930 cocktail hour and half
930-230 reception with vienese
Dh is in it so he feels obligated to stay.
Oh and i didi mention its my 2nd day back at work. I am goingot be EXHAUSTED!

I think my sisters ended at about 1, 1:30 maybe. We stayed for the whole thing, but I know others left.

My wedding ended at 2:30am and that was the latest. DH really wanted the afterhours but my friends were the only ones that stayed. It was too late but I had a great time anyway!

Our wedding ended at 1am, that's pretty much the latest that I've been to.
My parents went to a Jewish wedding at the Sands in Lido Beach and that one went on until about 7:30am from the night before!!! 
The favors for the wedding were a dozen bagels and a copy of the New York Times.

1:30, and I was SO tired that I couldnt' stay til the end. Maybe if it was a Saturday I woudl have made it, but after working all day on friday, etc, I was exhausted.

Any Jewish wedding in the early to mid summer on a Saturday night at a temple can come close to ending after 2 am. They have to start after the Sabbath is over. You may not even eat dinner until midnight.

one wedding we went to had a whiskey/cigar hour that lasted until like 1am or so in another room but DH and I left after the reception

I think you could leave at 1:45 or so, after a teeny bit of the viennese. I have been to 2 weddings with a viennese, and honestly, everyone left after walking through the room with all the food. After eating so much at a wedding, no one can eat all of that is my opinion.

Ohhh. At the ones I went to, it was the last thing that happened. That's a good idea, to move it up!

I've been to a bunch of weddings in Ireland that lasted until at least 2am......and some that finished up more towards 6am or so...in the pub! Bride and Groom included!

6AM!! my sisters wedding started at 1pm on a thursday and ended up at 6am on a friday morning.....we are Irish...what more can I say

I think mine ended at about 1:30. Most people went out afterwards anyway. We knew we had a late crowd and I'd prefer that to making the bridal partry get up at 5am for an early wedding.

DH's uncle got married on New Year's Eve a few years ago, the wedding went until 2 or 2:30 I think, but it was so much fun!!
