Need wedding favor ideas
I have a bride who is in such a funk.....I really think she should have eloped! She would be so much happier. Anyway, she needs some unique favor ideas and you ladies are so creative!
What do you suggest?

We made a CD of 20 or so songs on our computer. We burned them ourselves but did order glassine envelopes for them and labels and then I got ribbon and rubber stamps, cardstock and put them all together myself.

we did ice cream scoops with almonds wrapped... my sil did the cd also. I ahve been to weddings where people did wine stoppers, coasters (with their pic on it) and donations....

What about having a candy bar and the favors can be bags that guests can fill and take home? I saw it on Martha Stewart and all the candy was in the wedding colors. IT was actually elegant, not cheesey or kid-like.

I used Moroccan lanterns. I tied a ribbob with a tag I made on the computer with our name and wedding date. These were set up in a circle around the CP and lit at night and then everyone took theris home. Everyone loved it.

We bought splits of red and white wine and put little wine charms on them with a thank you and ribbon.

I've been seeing a lot of the personalized candy bars. Some of the web sites also have mini cheese graters and they say something like "Our Love is Grate". I thought that was cute!

Well, It depends on how much you want to spend .. For my Parents 25th wedding Anniversery I bought off of Ebay Pre Wrapped Heart bottle stoppers & Openers for like $1.25 Each LOL they wer a hit...
Also, you can go to Lenox outlet store if you want to spend about $5-$ 10 bucks a person it all depends on how much you want to spend...

I put pink red and silver hersheys kisses in a cute favor box w/ hearts on it w/ a tag that said 'Hugs and Kisses from the new Mr. & Mrs.'

We had Mikasa bowls. My sister wrapped the boxes in white paper and put a red ribbon on them to match the bridemaids dresses.
