I'm constantly going to the bathroom
Is this normal for the 1st trimester? I don't think I went this much with my ds only towards the end. I feel like if I go this much what am I going to do when I'm in my 3rd trimester stay in the bathroom all day!

That was the first sign I was pregnant, both times!!! First trimester was actually worse for me my first pregnancy and this pregnancy I was probably in there every 30 minutes during much of the day, it was so bad! (But my 18 m/o is great at saying "pee" and "flush" now.)
At one point this pregnancy, I was waking up every hour overnight, too, which was MISERABLE because I couldn't get back to sleep. But now I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and I only get up once or twice overnight, thank goodness. It definitely gets better in the 2nd trimester!

Yup, that's how it was for me in the first tri. I've read that it's due to all of the extra hormones being produced by you and the baby.

I didn't have that problem when I was pregnant with my DD but I did this time.

it was like that for me for a while at the beginning too. i'm not sure when, but it died down for a while and then started back up again a few weeks ago (i'm almost 25 weeks now)

Re: I'm constantly going to the bathroom
Yup, me too. Totally normal. I usually wake up 2-3 times per night to pee! The first thing that happens is your uterus starts to grow and that pushes on your bladder, which is why we're experiencing this.
When I'm awake and drinking, I can go 2-3 times per hour! I'm also petrified for what it'll be like at 9 months. But I'm just happy to be pregnant...so I'll just stock up on tp and not worry too much.
