I just take my uppababy. Load up straw blanet, ubrella, towels, small cooler, few diapers and wipes, toys...
Tilt it on its big wheels and drag like wagon, as longas DS can walk its easy.

I will go alone and with a friends with kids.
I have 17 month old twins so I have to bring my stroller to contain them on the way onto the beach.
I don't bring alot. A small bag of toys and a small cooler bag hooked on my mommy hook.
A blanket under the stoller, a backpack with towels, diapers, sunsreen etc. I balance an umbrella on top of my stroller.
I don't bring myself a chair because there is NO WAY I will be able to sit!
Have fun! You can totally do it!
