We are going to Hershey/Dutch Wonderland at the end of June. We also have to use the 2nd day of our Sesame Place tickets from when we went to see FBB. We might also go for a few days to Split Rock Resort in the Poconos...my BFF has a time share there. Love it there..tons of activities for kids and adults and an indoor water park. Aside from that we will do little things like the aquarium, zoo, etc.

Last summer we did a weekend trip to
mystic. That was really nice too.

We are going to Hawaii... for 10 days with MIL and SIL...And as excited as I am to go...I am completely freaking out about flying all those hours with a 2 year old!!

We are also going to Hershey/Dutch Wonderland.

Hoping to do a day at Sesame since we've never been there.

Probably Coney Island aquarium and I have a groupon to the Brooklyn Childrens Museum so we might check that out too.

We have a cruise planned to Florida and the Bahamas.
We also plan to take the kids to Sesame Place in July.
I would also like to take the kids to Land of Make Believe.
My brother is getting married and my future SILs bridal shower will be in DC over the summer. I think I am going to make a mini vacation out of it with DH and the kids. But only I will go to the shower.

ETA: We just went to the Liberty Science Center and the Crayola Factory this month. The kids loved both of them. At the LSC they had an Elmo video too. The kids loved the hands on nature of both places.

not too much planned yet since we just had a ton of work done on the house so we are trying to save $. We are going to visit my Dad in Maryland at the end of August. I think we'll do some local day trips, like maybe bronx zoo, aquarium, fire island, stuff like that. DD is going to day camp 3 mornings a week in July too. We have our 5 week old now too so I don't want to over do it with planned activities. Next summer!

We will spending lots of weekends at my inlaws house in Point Lookout. We will also do a week at Cape May on the Jersey shore in July, and a week in NH with my whole family in August. Other than that, I teach so I will be off this summer. DS, 3, will go to daycare 2 days a week for their camp program, and I plan on doing maybe a music class with the girls.

Dutch Wonderland and day with Thomas for 2 days at the end of June and the rest will be day trips to Bronx zoo, central park zoo, ny aquarium, and Sesame. DH doesnt get vacation again until November

My SIL rented a house out east for the summer so we'll be going out there to hang out with her for a few days in June. We're also taking a weekend trip to PA with friends in July. Other than that, some day trips we are planning to take:

Central Park
Bronx Zoo
NY Aquarium
Mets or Cyclones game
Strawberry festival in Mattituck

We will do sme day trips on Friday's when DH can manage to take some time off but right now the only trip I have planned:

1 week in Maine with the boys & my entire family at our summer camp. DH will be flying up for the weekend.

we are kicking off the summer Mem Day Weekend

so far,

Mem Day Weekend: visit to DC and VA

last weekend in June: visit to Erie PA (and perhaps Niagra falls)

July 4th weekend- festivities at our weekend house

one other long weekend away...either out East on LI or up in New England (martha's vineyard or maine)

we will be doing some excursion each weekend though...either a lakeside picnic, or going to local farms for veggie/fruit picking.

also want to take him to Sesame Place but dh isn't there yet

We are planning on going to the Veuve Clicquot Polo exhibition in a few weeks.

there are also a bunch of fairs and festivals in the Hudson Valley that we are going to go to.

I bought a TONY last week that has some great (and close) get away ideas.

we aren't going away this year so we are going to tool around the East Coast.

I can't wait for summer to begin!!!!

We're doing sesame this month when DH takes vacation the end of may. I live 10min from there and scored free passes from work..they have to be used this month though.

We also plan on going to a Met game this month, dutch wonderland at some point; the aquarium, and probably the philadelphia zoo again.

I think i might like to do the planetarium as well.

Turks & Caicos - so excited for this!!

Maybe Maine sometime in August. And we might be doing Sesame Place with some friends in July.

And a lot of trips to some local zoos, beaches and parks (Bronz Zoo, NY Aquarium, SI Zoo, Coney Island, etc). Can't wait!

All we have planned right now is Sesame Place in July, the aquarium and Bronx Zoo.
