Go buy a pair of undies you love and have "It's a boy" stitched on them.
Thats what I had done for my friend for her Mrs. XXX wedding undies

Maybe etsy? They might not have them, but if you contact a couple sellers, I'm sure someone could make them. It sounds pretty easy.
