Maternity underwear????
Do you really NEED them when you get bigger??
I can't imagine that I'll have to wear them.

Re: Maternity underwear????
Um- yes. And it won't be the thong ones either. My DH calls my pg panties "Hulk Hogans"- they look like wrestling shorts.
The bigger they are, the more comfortable you'll be. Believe me, just when you think you're belly can't grow any more- it does, and when you're big, it's just not comfortable having anything cut into your bikiniline. Hense the "Hulk Hogans".....He also likes to strike a wrestling pose when I put them on.

You have me cracking up.
I tried on maternity bathing suits (which are still too big) and I was like "these are so big!!!!".

Re: Maternity underwear????
Depends what you wear to start. If you wear "bikini" cut, which are low in the front you can keep wearing them through the pregnancy -- the belly goes on top of them.

Re: Maternity underwear????
I bought bikini and thong maternity underwear from motherhood.
I love them both. the bikini/thong kind are cut real low in the front so they aren't riding up and down your belly. Your baby belly will be coming out right above your pubic line.

Re: Maternity underwear????
Wore my regular style undies - mostly low rise thongs - my entire 1st pregnancy - just needed a size up because I grew all over. This time so far 31 weeks and still comfy in my regular undies, regular size.

Re: Maternity underwear????
I definitely needed it at the end. Even when I just went up a size I found the elastic to be cutting off my circulation to my legs & stomach.

Re: Maternity underwear????
I didn't get any either...I just used a bigger size and got a different style. I used to use the low rise bikini and now use high rise from VSecret...a little grandma-ish, but it works!!

Re: Maternity underwear????
motherhood thongs are a great thing. I just went 2 weeks ago and got a pack of boyshorts too. I figured i'd still be able to wear them after i have teh baby for a few weeks & the thongs might not hold up the protection needed after giving birth.
