Why bother going by a fake name but then use your real name when you take your clothes off? Isn't it usually the reverse?

I just feel soo bad for her kids.
She has no regard for them whatsoever.
If she really felt a calling to be in the adult entertainment industry, why does she insist on working and living in LI? Why do you shoot a porn in the same complex where you live, why do you dance at a club a few miles from your home? How hard is it to live in a community where you would have more anomininity? LA.Las Vegas.even the City for crap sake? Or if you must live on LI for some bizarre reason Fly there, drive there use an adult movie studio out of Sate out of neighborhood... but no.
Even if she was just regular old Liz so and so living next door she would be looked at as gross or at the very least unsetteling, lets be honest - so to have her past on top of this ....... she is a sick woman.
IMO she gets off on this negative attention somehow - it is like a compulsion.
