When using OPKs, how do you calculate DPO?

When using OPKs, how do you calculate DPO?
I know if you get a + on an OPK you ovulate in the next 12-36 hours... which of those days do you count as your "o" date?
For example, I got a + OPK on CD16. Today is CD 21. How many DPO am I?
(I feel like this is an SAT question!)

I believe your 4 dpo...I started couting from CD18
+ opk on CD16
"o" on CD17
1 DPO on CD18
