How do you calculate DPO using just EWCM?
Which day do you count as your ovulation day?
The day with the first sign of EWCM?
The day with the globbiest/stickiest EWCM? 
The last day of EWCM?

I am pretty sure they say the last day of EWCM- you will ovulate typically around 24 hrs later... ( so...the day after your last day of EWCM is typically when u ovulate).. SO the day following ovulation is YOUR 1DPO

To be honest, there's no foolproof way to know if you don't temp. HOWEVER, it's very likely that you O on either the last day you have EWCM or the day after the last day of EWCM. For purposes of counting, I would use the last day of EWCM as my O date and the next day as 1DPO.

This is what I did. As she said it is not very accurate but it can work. Did for us.
