cramps?
so I have gotten + opks on the CBE digital for 2 days in a row (yesterday and today). I really dont know if I o'd since I am not temping. Would mild cramps be a sign of o'ing? I cant really explain them otherwise. If I am o'ing now, would BD tonight be beneficial? Can you get pregnant once the egg has been released? From what I have read, for the most part, once the egg has been released, it isnt really ideal conditions any longer for sperm? Is that true?
Would today be DPO1 or 2?

Re: cramps?
Cramps defin can signal ovulation. I get cramps w/ ovulation sometimes. It is an uncomfortableness (is that a word?) I think since you got (+) yesterday and today you should defin BD. It can't hurt to try. I think your right with the whole once I egg is released thing. I think there is a 3-4 day fertility window each cycle. You might still be ok.

Re: cramps?
Cramping is totally normal. In the past, once I started cramping within a day or 2 I would get the on the CBE OPK. We BD'ed the days before that and then 3 days after that and it worked.
Good luck!!

Re: cramps?
usually, yes. you get a corpus luteum (sp?) cyst, which is the follicle where the egg released. you could see mine until at least 12 weeks. i think it also functions to produce hormones and stuff for a while during the first trimester, then it dissolves after the placenta forms.
dont know if you remember, but around new years eve i have HORRIBLE pains, lower right quad. anthony almost took me to the hospital bc we thought either appedix of ruptured ovarian cyst. it was PROBABLY from ovulating or implantation
