Good Luck Reese. My son had it done 2 times. The first was the day after his 2nd birthday. It's a quick procedure and when we got home from the hospital he was running around and I swear he started talking more that day.

Kerri was put under when she was in the hospital...it is fast but a scary thing to watch.....hope Reese feels better with the tubes

My ds had this done last month and a month later he is a totally a different child. His speech is so much better. He is happier now. The dr said he would be since for 5 months he has had nothing but fluid in his ears, and heard like he was in a tunnel. Good luck it will be fine. You will be so glad that you did it.

Alex had a tube put in her tear duct a few months ago - I was terrified of the anesthesia but really, it was quick and relatively painless. Within a few hours she was back and running

Good Luck. Sydney had the surgery when she was 14 months old and it was hard for me but it has helped her so much!
