why oh why am I getting heart burn in the last few weeks only.. HELP

everyting i eat BURNS. This is someting new. Why is this happening at 36.5 weeks?

I am 36.5 weeks also and the heartburn has just come and it is BRUTAL!!!!!! I have slept sitting up for the past 2 nights and I have it all day too!!!

Same thing happened to me. I didn't have any significant heartburn throughout, only during the last month has it been really bad! I'm in my last week now and it has gotten much better though.

I hear you! I have had it since my 2nd trimester but these last few weeks have been insanely bad, I cannot wait for it to go away! Only a few more days

I was up four times last night with heartburn. Didn't have it throught the whole pregnancy, now at 35.5 weeks I can't get rid of it. I guess I am lucky that it is only at night.

My last few weeks of pregnancy I had horrible heartburn. A found that a warm cup of milk with a tablespoon of honey in it worked. I dont know why but for me it was a lifesaver. Tums, Zantac etc, did diddly squat for me. Good luck!
